An annual series of detailed reports based on published data supplemented by our own survey information. This information enables detailed comparisons to be made of almost every aspect of the reported performance of individual mortgage lenders.

The data is available in spreadsheet form and our subscription price includes supply of data on disk or CD in form compatible with Microsoft Excel (Versions 97-2007).

Members of the BSA qualify for a 25% discount on the price of each individual report. Non-BSA members qualify for a 15% in the event they purchase a full set of reports.
